PROJECTS IN ZAMBIA
This is Abel Kasiwa, who graduated from the BBM school, and is now a pastor in a very remote village called Nalikwanda in Zambia.
Despite fierce initial opposition to his work as a minister, he now heads a growing church which meets in the school, or sometimes out in the open air, depending on the weather.
Iphiko has been involved in Abel's training at the Bible School, and now seeks to support him in his ministry in Nalikwanda.
Funds have been sent so that he could build a small, one-roomed house, so that he has the space to pray and prepare for the work he has to do.

Nalikwanda is in a remote area, away from metropolitan support systems, and people have to find ways in which to support themselves in any way they can.
After having selected a suitable site in the village and marked out the foundations, Pastor Abel and members of the church congregation have mined the stones for the foundation of the building. We are now looking to fund the transportation of the stones to the village, a journey which should take approximately 6 hours.

Pastor Abel had nowhere to live, so with funds from Iphiko a new home was built for him
